Following a road traffic incident earlier today, we have booked an emergency closure of the eastbound carriageway of the motorway between Junction 8/9 at Maidenhead and Junction 7 at Slough West. There was a quantity of fuel spilled onto the carriageway and therefore we need to carry out re-surfacing works.
The closure will begin at approximately 21:00 tonight (25th July) and be complete by approximately 06:00 tomorrow morning (26th July).
